How a pickup works
Same route, same care, every town
You book a day and an arrival time. The technician measures each rug at your door and writes the price down before it leaves. The rug is washed at our plant, dried under control and brought back, usually within 5 to 7 business days. Nothing is charged until it is back on your floor.
Pickup area questions
Which towns get free rug pickup and delivery?
Every town on this page. The route runs through Birmingham, the over-the-mountain suburbs (Hoover, Vestavia Hills, Mountain Brook, Homewood), the Shelby County towns down I-65 (Pelham, Helena, Alabaster, Calera, Montevallo, Columbiana, Chelsea, Maylene), south to Clanton, the east side (Trussville, Irondale, Leeds, Moody, Pell City, Pinson), the north (Gardendale) and the west (Bessemer, McCalla), plus Tuscaloosa and Northport. Pickup and delivery cost nothing in any of them.
My town isn't listed. Can you still pick up my rug?
Usually, yes. Text the ZIP code to (205) 421-3993 and we answer with the next pickup day that passes near you. Towns a long way out may wait for a route day rather than a same-week slot.
Do you clean carpet and upholstery in all of these towns too?
Yes. The same technician who picks up rugs cleans carpet, sofas and mattresses in your home on the same visit, in every town on this page.
