The method uses very little water, dries walkable in about an hour and leaves no film behind, which matters on a move-out day when the landlord is coming at five. Ask for it when you book and the time is set aside.
Pricing is easy to predict. Every booking starts at $99; after that the technician measures the rug and applies one rate, on average about a dollar or two per square foot, whether the rug is synthetic or wool, silk, cotton or jute. The measuring happens in front of you and the figure goes on the ticket before the rug moves.

When does the van come to Tuscaloosa?

Is a house on Lake Tuscaloosa on the route even though it's north of the river?
Yes. The north side of the city, 35406 and the NorthRiver subdivisions, rides the same route day as the rest of Tuscaloosa and as Northport across the bridge. Lake houses tend to send us the big formal-room rugs, and a very large one can take a few days longer than usual to wash and dry; you hear that at pickup, not at delivery. Everything else about the pickup is the same.
How long is my rug gone when it has to travel an hour each way?
