What happens next, step by step
The confirmation
A text confirms the day and the arrival time you chose. If you booked by phone or text, the office sends the same confirmation once the pickup is on the schedule.
The arrival
Pickups run Monday through Saturday, 7 AM to 5 PM. You get a text when the technician is heading your way, and the arrival time is a set time, not a window.
The look at the door
The rug stays flat where it lies. The technician checks the fiber and the dyes, flags anything that will fade but not disappear, and measures it.
The written price
The price is written down for you to approve before the rug is rolled. That figure is what you pay at delivery, and you pay nothing until the rug is unrolled back in its place and you have seen it.
Carpet, upholstery and mattresses can be added to the same visit, cleaned where they sit while the rug goes out. Say so when you book, or tell the technician at the door.

What if I don't see a time that works online?
Call or text (205) 421-3993 and tell us the days and hours that suit you. The office will look for a fit and confirm the pickup by text the same way an online booking is confirmed. Saturdays are available; Sundays are not.
Will I get a text before the pickup?
Two. One confirms the day and the arrival time when the booking goes on the schedule, and one on the day tells you the technician is on the way. The delivery works the same way, so you know when to expect the rug home. Reply to either text if something changes.
Can I add carpet or upholstery to the booking later?
Yes. Tell the office by text before the day, or tell the technician at the door. The carpet, the sofa and the mattress are all done in place, and the work goes onto the same written price before it starts. On a full day there may not be time for a large add-on, so the earlier you mention it the better.
Is anything charged when I book online?
No. Booking holds the day and the time; it takes no card and charges nothing. The price is set at your door, in writing, after the rug is measured, and it is paid when the rug comes home and you have looked it over.
