Pet accidents
On the smells that did not come back
Michael arrived early and was done in 45 minutes. The job was a difficult one in that I had a lot of pet stains and odors. After Michael finished the job, my room no longer smelled from the pet odors, and all stains were gone! I have a fresh start, and plan to keep the rug spotless going forward.Julie L. Nick was excellent. Rug cleaning quick and easy. He got after some pretty serious pet stains in our bedroom and cleaned an area rug in the playroom. 4 rooms & an area rug cleaned for a fair price.Lee R. October 2025 · Google

Braden did a great job . He even moved the heavy slate table back into place. The wool carpet has really come back to life. Would recommend Rug Runners to others.Cheryl W. July 2026 · Google
How these reviews get here
Every word is the customer's
Each review here was posted by a customer to our Google profile and appears exactly as they typed it, spelling and all. We choose which ones to show, but we never edit them, and the rating and the count at the top of the page are read from Google each time the site is rebuilt, never typed by hand. After a job we ask for a review; the customer decides whether to write one and what to say. The full list, in Google's own order, is on our Google profile.
About our reviews
Questions people ask about the reviews
Are these reviews genuine?
Every one of them. Each was posted to our Google profile by a customer, and it is quoted here exactly as written. The name shown is the reviewer's first name and last initial, the month is the month it was written, and the full text sits on Google with the rest. We do not write reviews, buy them, or edit a word of them.
Why do the reviews name different technicians?
Because customers write about the person who came to the door. Everyone who picks up a rug or cleans a carpet for us is on our own payroll, trained by us and insured, and people tend to remember the name. We do not list our technicians on the site, so the reviews are where you meet them.
How do I leave a review for Rug Runners?
On our Google profile. After a job we send a text with the link; tap it, choose your stars and write what you like. If the text has not reached you, search for Rug Runners Rug Cleaning on Google Maps and use the Write a review button there. A review that names what was cleaned and how it came back helps the next person most.
Do you only show the five-star reviews?
This page shows a selection we chose to illustrate rugs, pet accidents and carpet, and yes, we picked good ones. The rating and the count at the top come straight from Google with every review included. If you want the unfiltered list, the profile link on this page opens it in Google's own order.
