Stays cleaner 3× Longer between cleanings measured against traditional steam cleaning

Why does carpet feel tacky a few days after it was cleaned?

Because the soap never all came back out. Whatever the machine leaves behind dries down into the carpet as a film, and film is glue. The next shoe that crosses the room hands its dirt straight to it.

✓Bare fiber, nothing coating itWe work with a fraction of the water and a solution that lifts out with the soil, so the fibers are left clean instead of coated.
✓Stays cleaner about 3× longerWith no detergent left behind, the carpet keeps its just-cleaned look about three times as long between visits.
✓Stains don’t wick back after we leaveA spot that reappears a few days after a cleaning is residue wicking up from below as the carpet dries. Our process lifts it out instead of pushing it down, so that comeback is kept to a minimum.
✓Dry in about an hourLess water in means no soaked pile and no fans humming all evening. Beds get made and dogs get let back in the same afternoon.

More about commercial

Three things, one visit

What we clean at your business

Carpet, on site

Open floor, corridors, the lane from the door to the desk. A low-moisture clean with no sticky residue left in the pile, so the carpet stays clean longer and is dry in about an hour.

Rugs, at the plant

Lobby rugs, runners and the Oriental in the partner's office are rolled, priced in writing and washed at our plant, then delivered back. How the wash works

Upholstery, where it sits

Reception chairs, booths, pews, conference seating. The cleaning code on the fabric decides the method, and the pieces dry in about an hour.

Why on site, and why not

The carpet stays, the rugs go

Carpet cannot leave the building, so the clean comes to it, and the method matters more here than in a house because a hundred pairs of shoes cross the same lane every day. A soaked carpet in an office is a problem: it dries slowly, it wicks the dirt back up, and the room is out of use. Ours is not soaked. The solution goes down in a measured amount, cleaning pads soak the loosened soil up and carry it off, and in a corridor the pads get swapped often, because that is where the soil is. The room is dry in about an hour and nothing sticky is left to collect next week's grime.

Rugs are the opposite. A lobby rug full of grit from the street needs dusting, a full wash and a full dry, none of which can happen on your floor, so it rides to the plant and comes back clean within 5 to 7 business days in most cases. The technician says at pickup if a very large rug or a heavy treatment will take longer.

A commercial job, start to finish

How a commercial job goes

A walk-through and a written price

The technician looks at the space with you, measures the carpet, counts the seating and the rugs, and writes the figure down. You approve it before anything starts.

Rugs rolled and priced

Each rug is unrolled, checked for fiber and dye, measured and priced on the same sheet, then rolled for the van.

Carpet and upholstery cleaned in place

Room by room, the low-moisture clean and the furniture by its cleaning code. Nothing sticky left behind.

Dry in about an hour

Each room is back in service about an hour after it is done, so a room is rarely out of use for long.

Rugs delivered back

Washed, dried through and inspected at the plant, then unrolled where they belong, usually within 5 to 7 business days. You look them over before paying.

Who we clean for

Offices, lobbies, restaurants, churches

Offices

Open floors, private offices, the break-room carpet and the chairs that never get vacuumed under. Done in a way that does not shut the office down.

Lobbies

The first thing a visitor sees and the most walked carpet in the building. The lane from the door wears gray fastest and comes back up with the clean; the lobby rug goes out for a wash.

Restaurants

Booths, banquettes and the carpet under the tables, with the food and drink spills pre-treated. Ask us about timing around service.

Churches

Sanctuary carpet, pew cushions and the fellowship hall, cleaned between services and dry in about an hour. Ask us about the week's schedule.

Honest about commercial carpet

Hard-worked carpet bounces back further than you might expect

Carpet that a whole staff walks on all week usually looks worse than it is. Most of that gray is soil ground in by shoes, so the lane from the door to the front desk brightens a long way and the spills by the break room lift with the pre-treatment. If any crew can bring hard-used carpet back, ours can.

What stays is a short list: a bleach spot from the mop bucket, a burn by the coffee station, a dye that has run and pile worn thin in the busiest lane. The technician names each one on the walk-through. On the rugs, satisfaction is guaranteed on every rug we wash: point to a spot that still bothers you and we take it back and wash it again at no charge.

Fitting around your hours

Working around your hours

Our visits run Monday through Saturday, 7 AM to 5 PM. Tell us when you book how the building works: when the lobby is quiet, when the dining room is closed, when the office empties out. Because the carpet is dry in about an hour, most jobs can be done without closing anything, a room at a time, and if you need something outside the usual hours, ask us and you will get a straight answer about what we can do.

Book online, or call or text (205) 421-3993 and describe the space, the number of rooms and chairs, and the rugs you want washed. The technician comes to look, and the price is in writing before anything starts.

Commercial cleaning questions

What office managers and pastors ask before the first visit.

Can you clean our office carpet while we are closed?

Ask us. Our visits run Monday through Saturday, 7 AM to 5 PM, and we will tell you straight what fits around your hours when you call. Because the carpet is dry in about an hour, a lot of offices simply book the last slot of the afternoon or a Saturday morning and open as usual the next day. Tell us how the building works and we will find the least disruptive way through it.

Do the lobby rugs leave the building?

Usually, yes. Lobby rugs get the most from our plant, where a proper wash means dusting, a full rinse and a full dry, though a rug can also be cleaned on site during the carpet visit. The technician unrolls it, prices it in writing, rolls it for the van, and brings it back within 5 to 7 business days in most cases. The carpet it sat on is cleaned on site the same visit, so the space is not half-done while the rug is away.

How do you price a commercial job?

The same way we price a house: someone comes and looks. The technician walks the space with you, measures the carpet, counts the chairs and the rugs, notes what will lighten and what will not, and writes the whole figure down before any work starts. That figure is the invoice. There is no rate card to guess from and no surprise line at the end.

Can staff walk on the carpet right after you clean it?

In about an hour, yes. So little water goes into the carpet that it never gets soaked, nothing sticky is left to collect the next week's grime, and the room dries while the technician moves on to the next one. Keep foot traffic off a room for that hour and it is back in service for the afternoon.

Can you do the waiting-room chairs and the sofa on the same visit?

Yes. Commercial upholstery is cleaned where it sits, by the cleaning code on the fabric, during the same visit as the carpet clean and the rug pickup. Reception chairs, a lobby sofa, the booths in a restaurant, the pews in a church, the chairs around a conference table: count them when you call so the technician allows the time, and they go on the same written price.

Is my business the kind you clean for?

Offices, building lobbies, restaurants and churches most often, and anywhere else with carpet, rugs or upholstered seating that people walk on and sit in all week. If yours is not on that list, call or text and describe the space. The answer is usually yes, and if something about the building makes it a bad fit, you will hear that just as plainly.
