Up and down Pelham Parkway, from Indian Hills to Ballantrae
Most Pelham pickups start from US-31, which runs the length of the city as Pelham Parkway, with the van coming off I-65 at exit 242 or 246. From there it is Indian Hills and the established subdivisions around Pelham City Park, then out Valleydale Road and AL-119 toward Chandalar and Chandalar South at the foot of Oak Mountain State Park.
East of the interstate the route reaches Ballantrae, where the homes wrap around the golf course and the dining rooms tend to hold the big wool rugs. Ask for the carpet when you book the rugs and the same technician does both. Almost never. Under a UV light the technician can light up every accident, even the ones nobody has noticed yet. Urine salts settle deep in the weave beneath the pile, and that is why a spray on top never ends the smell for long.
